September 1, 2011 a grave tragedy changed the lives of thousands of people forever as a coordinated series of suicide attacks were targeted on New York City and Washington DC On that morning Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked 4 passenger jets with the intention to crash them. The world fell witness to one of the biggest tragedies in US history. Heroes from all over rushed to New York to help out and even risked their lives to protect the people in those buildings. Damage was done that day to countless families and the United States of America.
President George W Bush made a promise to the United States that those who were responsible for the tragedy would soon hear from us. Bush stated to the world that we will either bring the enemies to justice or justice to our enemies, and justice will be done! In the years that have passed we have seen over 6000 soldier give up their lives for a promise made. On May 1, 2011 79 members of the Seal Team 6 brought justice as the final hunt for the mastermind Osama Bin Laden came to an end and President Barack Obama declared on that day that “Justice had Been Done!”.
